SYNOPSIS: Harry Hare is the world's worst undercover narc, mostly due to the fact that wherever he goes, he's recognized by some woman he's misused. When his most recent partner is killed in a sting gone bad, the out-of-control rule-bending Hare is parnered with a by-the-book Tortoise who just wants to liive long enough to retire. A send-up of the "Buddy Cop" genre.
